In order to get around town, we had a Toyota Sienna converted for wheelchair access purchased through Mobility Works. They dropped the floor 10" and put in an automatic ramp. The rear end raises and lowers 6" to level out the ramp when it's extended. They installed hand controls. This was a pricey vehicle, but worth it.
